North-easties, rejoice! Punggol Coast Mall opened in March 2025, and its directory features over 120 restaurants and retail shops, including hotpot, sushi, MUJI and more. Plus, it’s located right above Punggol Coast MRT!

Punggol is becoming more hip and happening than ever (have you been to the Punggol Container Park?), especially with the opening of its newest mall – Punggol Coast Mall. Situated right above Punggol Coast MRT, the newest mall in Punggol is nestled in the middle of the Punggol Digital District (a.k.a. Punggol Digital Hub) that spans 50 hectares and is also now home to the Singapore Institute of Technology. Though not all shops at Punggol Coast Mall are open, you’ll soon be spoiled for choice when they do! The directory of Punggol Coast Mall is popping because there are more than 120 restaurants, shops and entertainment experiences for the whole family. Similar to Sengkang Grand Mall, Punggol Coast Mall has a huge community plaza that will be used to host live performances, weekend events for families, pop-up fairs and more.

Wan To Play: Underwater-themed indoor playground

Kids can look forward to a new indoor playground by Wan To Play. This underwater-themed play area will offer parents a brief respite, as there will be plenty to keep the little ones entertained while you finish your cuppa. This indoor playground at Punggol Coast Mall will only open in Q2 of 2025.

Punggol Point Cove Outdoor Playground: Animal-themed playground

Though there isn’t a playground within Punggol Coast Mall, this animal-themed outdoor playground for kids is only a short seven-minute walk away! Cross two streets outside Punggol Coast Mall, and weave through the new Punggol Point Cove HDB estate that is home to five exciting outdoor playgrounds for kids of all ages.

Coney Island Park: Peaceful beach & nature playground

Our review of Punggol Coast Mall

We love how spacious the community plaza is on Level 2–it’s perfect for little ones who need space to get the wiggles out! With so many F&B options, you can find almost anything you need here. Since this new mall in Punggol is quite spacious, many of the shops are spread out and require a lot of walking. We’d recommend bringing a stroller for younger children, in case they get tired. There’s also plenty of greenery around the mall for a touch of nature, and we look forward to cycling with the kids along the new Punggol Heritage Trail.

All of the stores at Punggol Coast Mall are already open, but be sure to check the opening hours of each store before you visit.

The open-air community plaza space on Level 2 (which is actually the street level) will be open 24 hours a day.

How to get to Punggol Coast Mall

By public transport: Take the purple North-East Line to Punggol Coast MRT. Then follow signs to Punggol Coast Mall that’s located right above the MRT station.

By car: Simply plug in the address to Punggol Coast Mall in your GPS, and you’re all set!

Parking at Punggol Coast Mall

The entrance of the car park at Punggol Coast Mall is along Punggol Way Road. Car parking rates for this mall in Punggol are $1.09 per 30 minutes before 6pm on weekdays and $2.73 per entry on weekdays after 6pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
