Nothing beats the vibe at flea markets (a whole different feel to shopping at malls!). We love heading out to neighbourhood farmer’s markets, checking out pop-up fairs, flea markets and Sunday markets as it’s a great chance to support local. 1. Farmers’ Market @ Dempsey

City Sprout’s travelling market is making a return, and this time it’s teaming up with new restaurant and event space AIR for the Farmers’ Market @ Dempsey! Look out for 10 vendors offering a diverse range of products, including fresh produce and delightful sweets. Additionally, there will be exciting activities tailored for both adults and kids. There will be a Fruit Enzymes Workshop, Natural Scrub Workshop, free Farm Tour and Scavenger Hunt! Join Farmers’ Market @ Dempsey for a day of fun and exploration! Activity prices here.

2. Healthy Farmer’s Market at Crane Joo Chiat

Get a head start on your health goals this year, and pick up some healthy goodies at Crane’s Healthy Farmer’s Market. 3. Glamorous Giving: Fair in Support of ‘Fashion for Cancer’

4. Vintage Flea Market at Katong Square

The Katong Square Lifestyle & Vintage Market is bursting at the seams with vintage treasures, Vinyl Records, and rare collectables. Every flea market is different with curated vendors digging out rarities from their personal collections! The one is great for those who like to rummage and find hidden treasures. 5. The Mothercare Baby & Kids Fair

6. Kampong Gelam Bazaar

The Kampong Gelam Bazaar is a much-anticipated annual fair in Singapore’s Muslim quarter Kampong Glam! Apart from shopping and feasting at over 126 halal food and retail booths, there will be a curated series of art installations, along with projection light shows spotlighting past archives of the iconic Sultan Mosque since the 1800s. 7. Me-you Market & Fair

Started by mamas for mamas and their families, Me-you Market is a curated flea market that works with regional brands to offer modest-friendly clothes for women and occasionally kids’ brands too. For this upcoming Ramadan edition, they’re collaborating with LalooLalang for a fair entitled RUMAH KITA. This curated fair will be showcasing favourite brands both local and regional stalwarts from food to fashion (great for some baju kurung shopping!).

8. Makers’ Market @ i12 Katong

The National Heritage Board (NHB) is launching a new initiative, Heritage Activation Nodes (HAN), together with Makers’ Market with the aim of providing opportunities for the community to participate in and co-develop projects to celebrate the heritage of their neighbourhoods.
