Smurfs Run 2025 Powered by JomRun: Running event in Singapore

Marina Barrage will see a sea of blue as the Smurfs Run takes over on 28 June. This family-friendly weekend event has two non-competitive race categories: a 2km fun walk and a 4km fun run. Complete the Smurfs Run race and you’ll get your finisher medal, and be sure to collect your race pack beforehand, which includes Smurfs-themed keepsakes.

Unlabelled Run 2025: Fun run & competitive run in Singapore

As the conversation surrounding mental health continues, there’s no better way to raise awareness about stigmatisation and discrimination than with those who’ve experienced it themselves. Enter: the Unlabelled Run, which is a call to unite society to be more inclusive, cohesive and compassionate and remove prejudicial labels.

Cold Storage and Giant Kids Run 2025: Kids marathon in Singapore

Finally, a kids’ marathon perfect for the energetic little ones who love to run! The Cold Storage and Giant Kids Run is back and kids can take part in both competitive and non-competitive races. Some great prizes are up for grabs, including hampers worth up to $400 and trophies for the top finishers. P.S. Strollers are perfectly welcome if you’re coming with younger kids!
P.S. There is a FREE Breakfast Run for all participants taking place on 31 May 2025 from 8am – 11am at Marina Square. It’s limited to the first 300 participants, so be sure to register early.

Buff Forest Force Run 2025: 20km – 50km run in Singapore

The Buff Forest Force Run is not for the faint of heart, but definitely for those who want to push their limits. Known as the oldest trail race in Singapore, the Buff Forest Force Run has four race categories ranging from 10km to 50km! This running event takes place over the span of three days – the first 10km run having wrapped on 4 May 2025. Runners will be traversing through the likes of Dairy Farm Nature Park.

Is this a kid-friendly running event? The minimum age for the run is 18 years old as of 18 December 2024.

Lazada Run 2025: Half marathon in Singapore

The Lazada Run 2025 is back for its second run! Taking place across six countries in Southeast Asia, its Singapore edition will be held on 27 July 2025. You’ll want to train hard for this running event because the winners of the competitive 10km and 21.1km categories can win up to $1,000 and $1,500, respectively! Look forward to other fun events such as the Lazada x POP MART 5km Run, a Voucher Snatch during the regular 5km fun run, and a Cart Dash shopping showdown.

Is this a kid-friendly running event? Yes! Kids aged 5 – 12 can join the 5km runs with an accompanying parent who’s registered for the same category; teens aged 16 can join the 10km run and there is a minimum age of 18 years old for the 21.1km run. All ages stated as of 31 Dec 2025.

Walk for Our Children 2025: Family-friendly walkathon

The Singapore Children’s Society’s annual Walk for Our Children returns this year at the National Stadium. Besides a fun walk and challenging race, you can expect lots of family fun at this running event in Singapore. There are relay races, football dribble challenges, sports try-outs such as archery and laser shooting, plus carnival booths, performances and games.

Running Lab Run 2025: 10km run in Singapore

The Running Lab Run takes place at Marina Barrage this year, with two categories: an easy 5km run and a 10km competitive run. Runners will race through the footpaths along Gardens by the Bay East and Tanjong Rhu for a scenic view en route to scoring that medal.

Skechers Friendship Walk 2025: Walkathon in Singapore

At the annual Skechers Friendship Walk, you can expect a fun walk and fun activities to support a good cause. This year’s beneficiary is APSN, a social service agency that provides support to individuals with mild intellectual disabilities. There’ll be lots of fun activities at this running event in Singapore: stand a chance to win a year’s supply of Skechers footwear, take part in a mass warm-up, join a zumba session and enjoy live performances and games.

The Pocari Sweat Run 2025 is back this year, with three categories and run workshops. Finishers of this Singapore marathon get cool Pocari Sweat medals as well as race entitlements featuring the isotonic beverage’s branding.

Singtel – Singapore Cancer Society Race Against Cancer 2025

The Race Against Cancer 2025 is back! Organised by the Singapore Cancer Society, this marathon in Singapore rallies the community to support those impacted by cancer. All funds will go towards a good cause, including vital services, treatment subsidies, welfare aid, rehabilitation, hospice care, screenings, research, education and support groups. This year, you can also join a virtual race at your convenience, via the Strava App!
Singapore marathon race categories: 5km run, 10km run, 15km run, 2km Parent-Child Fun Run; Virtual Challenge of 21km, 42km and 60km SG60 edition available via Strava App.
Is this a kid-friendly running event? Yes! The 2km Parent-Child Fun Run is open to kids aged 3 – 12.

Pink Ribbon Walk 2025: Walkathon to support breast cancer awareness

The Pink Ribbon Walk takes place annually in support of breast cancer awareness. This walkathon helps raise awareness and funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation. Stay tuned for more information as details of Pink Ribbon Walk 2025 have yet to be released.

Great Eastern Women’s Run 2025: Women-only marathon in Singapore

The Great Eastern Women’s Run is a yearly event made for women, offering a fun and empowering space to come together in the name of health, wellness, and friendship. Beyond the run, it’s also about giving back—supporting causes like Daughters of Tomorrow and the Singapore Cancer Society.

Run for Hope 2025: Year-end running event

Run for Hope is a yearly event by Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and the National Cancer Centre Singapore. Run for Hope aims to bring people together to show support and raise awareness for cancer research—a cause that touches countless lives. There’ll also be live performanes and health and wellness booths for you to browse as you wind down after your run!

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2025: Biggest running event in Singapore

Arguably Singapore’s biggest marathon of the year, dating back to 1982, the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (also known as the Standard Chartered run) takes place at the end of each year. The Singapore Marathon’s 2025 edition is going to be equally as exciting, and runners of all ages are welcome to join! We’ve seen past years’ marathons with participants decked out in fun costumes, so feel free to add some excitement to your challenge.
Little ones are also invited to get a sweaty workout! Though the deets are still under wraps, word on the street is that the Kids’ Dash promises a tonne of fun. Kids will ‘compete’ according to their age groups (0 – 3 years old, 4 – 6 years old, 7 – 9 years old, 10 – 12 years old). Plus, don’t miss the Kids’ Village that features a bouncy castle, games and activities for family fun!

A run for competitive runners, families, kids and even cats and dogs? We’re so here for it! There’s so much happening at the Income Eco Run 2025, and it’s all for a great cause as it shines the spotlight on a zero-waste lifestyle. The Income Eco Run is introducing the 1km Pets Category for the very first time, so bring your good furkids to join the cause. Kids as young as 4 years old can also participate in the Kids Categories. It’s all worth it–because for every kilometre each participant clocks, Income Insurance will donate $1 towards the zero waste movement.
