When it comes to food, you’re certainly spoilt for choice. After all, fuelling up at USS isn’t just about grabbing a quick bite – it’s part of the adventure. At Far Far Away, Goldilocks dishes out crispy fried chicken that’s crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and an instant hit with kids. Pair it with Shrek-themed waffles or a side of fries, and you’ve got the perfect theme park meal.

Over in The Lost World, the Discovery Food Court serves up Singaporean comfort food with options like soya sauce chicken rice and slipper lobster laksa–a fantastic choice for parents who want a proper meal while the kids recharge. It’s air-conditioned, making it a much-needed escape from the heat. There’s also a huge dinosaur skeleton right in the middle of the food court! Another bonus: it’s right by Jurassic Park, so you can fuel up before braving the rapids.

For pizza lovers, Loui’s NY Pizza Parlor in New York delivers massive New York-style slices that are perfect for sharing. Add some chicken carbonara to the mix, and you’ve got a feast fit for the whole family. Whether you’re after local flavours or just a quick sugar fix, they’ve got plenty of kid-friendly eats to keep energy levels up all day long.

At Universal Studios Singapore, every minute counts – if you’re looking to skip the queues and dive straight into the fun, the Universal Express Pass is for you. Simply purchase a ticket online or at the park, and you can easily add on the Express Pass. For an extra $100 per person, this nifty add-on lets you bypass the regular lines once at all participating attractions – and you’ll be able to zip past the crowd with Priority Access through a dedicated entry lane.

A quick heads-up though: this fast track isn’t a free pass for every ride. The Express Pass doesn’t apply to Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunter, Magic Potion Spin, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, Silly Swirly, or Buggie Boogie–and it doesn’t score you a front-row seat either. Still, if you’re keen to make the most of your day at USS and save those precious minutes for family fun, this little upgrade might just be the ticket.

Sassy Mama tips for visiting Universal Studios Singapore with kids

Bring a stroller
While USS is pretty stroller-friendly with stroller parking spots near the rides, you should expect a bit of walking as the park covers a lot of ground. Thankfully, there are plenty of places to rest along the way! It’s entirely manageable with a stroller, but you’ll want to pace yourself to avoid any meltdowns. Perhaps bring a baby or toddler carrier along, just for peace of mind.

Rest at the Baby Centre
If you’re toting a bub around, save this info: there’s a relatively clean Baby Centre that’s right at the Universal Studios Membership Lounge near the entrance. Here, you’ll find both a diaper changing station and a private nursing room–two cubicles that are separated by curtains. There’s also a kitchen area where you can fill up on warm water.

Take note of height restrictions
Bear in mind that some rides have height limits. Kids generally need to be at least 92cm, but typically will need to be at least 122 cm tall to ride many of the more grown-up attractions.

Download the USS app
Here’s a hot tip: make sure to download the Universal Studios Singapore app (Apple | Android) before heading down. It’ll help you stay on top of ride details, wait times, and even help find food so you can best avoid a hangry situation!
