Love writing? Sassy Mama is looking for an Editorial Assistant / Writer to be part of the Sassy Mama Editorial Team. We’re on the hunt for someone creative and organised who is keen to create engaging family content. If you have an eye for detail and amazing writing skills we want to hear from you!

Candidate Requirements:
Reporting to the Managing Editor you will contribute story ideas, create engaging content, update existing posts and write original high-traffic content. We are looking for someone who has writing experience ideally in Singapore publishing or digital media and has an understanding of search and its role in driving traffic and engagement.

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Strategist to help us connect with our audience and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn,...).
• Schedule and publish content using management tools while collaborating with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and monitor online conversations.
• Support marketing campaigns with innovative social media ideas and execute strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Track and analyze content and campaign performance, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to leverage emerging trends for the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and assist in influencer marketing efforts.
• Attend events as needed and cover them for social media, creating real-time content to enhance engagement.

Required Skills
• 3-5 years of experience as a social media strategist or manager in an agency environment.
• Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling social media captions.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and content scheduling.
• Experience with paid media platforms, including understanding campaign structure and creative formats (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Familiarity with ad-serving tools like META Business Suite.
• Self-starter with a passion for social media and online marketing.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
