We’re big fans of Science Centre Singapore. Not only is it packed with cool exhibits and indoor attractions, but it’s also a fun educational outing! The Science Centre itself has so much to offer, including the Dinosaurs | Extinctions | Us exhibition that’s filled with life-sized dinosaur bone models, and the fab KidsSTOP indoor playground. It’s also got some amusing kid-friendly exhibitions, a fire tornado show, an escape room, mazes and more.

There are so many reasons why we love the Singapore Oceanarium. Not only is its 22 zones packed with mesmerising marine habitats and interactive elements, but it’s fully indoors and air-conditioned! We love the giant ocean habitat where you can gaze at manta rays gliding by, as well as the tunnel with sharks. You’ll also be mesmerised by its huge collection of sea jellies and you can spot adorable axolotls and dolphins, see replicas of ancient sea creatures, and learn a new thing or two via info panels.

16. BONUS: See giant fishes & pandas at River Wonders

Best indoor activity for: Kids of all ages
While not technically indoors, River Wonders is our favourite wildlife park to visit on rainy days. It’s the only park in the Mandai Wildlife Reserve that’s got a fully-sheltered walkway (it’s stroller-friendly, too!) so rainy days won’t put a damper on plans to visit the zoo! You’ll get to see giant fishes along the route, the crowd-favourite pandas in an air-conditioned enclosure and even manatees in an indoor enclosure.
