What you can do at Palawan Sands with the family

Palawan Sands will only open to the public in 2023, but it’s already on track to becoming one of Singapore’s most family-friendly destinations. Here are four things you can do with the kiddos at Palawan Sands next year:

Palawan Sands - HyperDrive electric go-karting

Enjoy go-karting

The first-of-its-kind gamified electric go-kart activity in Southeast Asia, HyperDrive has eco-friendly electric karts, a three-level racetrack and a virtual element that takes go-karting here to a new level. Not only will you get to zoom around the racetrack, but you’ll also get to delve into virtual gaming while racing! This virtual element arms drivers with a host of ‘special powers’, which allow you to turbo-charge your race experience or even sabotage other competitors.

Plan a beach day

Palawan Sands will up the ante with two new beach clubs. The Family Beach Club will be designed with families in mind, thanks to its sandcastle theme, allowing it to blend comfortably into Palawan Beach’s setting and let the kids go nuts with loads of outdoor play. Thinking of a fun escape with the squad, minus the kids? Hit up +Twelve (pronounced ‘plus-twelve’), which will have an iconic swim-up bar set within the main pool, overlooking the Palawan Beach shoreline. +Twelve will also boast 12 private, terraced cabanas with chic Peranakan and Bohemian vibes – each cabana has its own private plunge pool, too! Its position at the far end of Palawan Sands means you’re guaranteed plenty of privacy.

Take the kids golfing

Meant for kids (and players) of all ages, UltraGolf is an 18-hole mini-golf course that’ll have contouring greens that challenge seasoned players and keep things interesting for beginners or younger players.
