Decor & Costumes: Daiso

The $2 emporium never ceases to amaze us with its endless wonders. You’ll find all sorts of bits and bobs perfect for quirky costumes at Daiso – cat ears, Harry Potter glasses, sequined shower caps – but in the lead-up to Halloween there are usually hoiday-themed decorations and costumes prominently displayed at the front of the store near the cash registers. This is one place where it definitely pays to show up early, mamas; we’ve been there on the Saturday of Halloween weekend and the word “dregs” would be charitable.
