Halloween is creeping closer (officially 31 October, which is a Sunday this year, booooo) so it’s time to start planning your Jack-o-lantern designs and picking out Halloween costumes (are you in the scary or cute costume camp?)! Who knows how Halloween in Singapore this year will pan out but if you’re excited to take your tots trick-or-treating or sign them up for Halloween activities, we’ve got you covered. We’ll be updating this list of the best Halloween events in Singapore for kids, so check back for new fun!
1. Costume contests and Halloween activity kits: Halloween Horri-Day
Kids aged 12 and below are in for a spooktacular time at Halloween Horri-Day! This Halloween event in Singapore will run across three malls – Bedok Point, Century Square and White Sands shopping malls – and there’s plenty for little ones to enjoy. Each mall will have a dedicated Halloween-themed space, filled with friendly ghosts, smiling skeletons and more. Kids are also encouraged to dress up in their Halloween best so they can participate in the Halloween Best-Dressed contest – simply snap a pic of your child in their best Halloween costume at any one of the three Halloween-themed spaces, post the picture on Facebook and tag the respective malls, and you’ll stand a chance to win up to $1500 in Frasers Property Digital Gift Cards. Don’t forget to use recycled materials when creating your child’s costume so they can win extra points! Want to bond over fun Halloween activities at home? There are fun Halloween take-home kits, too! 2. Get spooked at SuperSpook
SuperPark is joining in on the Halloween fun with SuperSpook, their very first Halloween event in Singapore. SuperSpook is divided into three zones that play on familiar phobias such as confined spaces, zombies and clowns. Go on a dark journey through the Horror Maze, navigate through a tight space that’ll test your bravery as you evade scary spirits then, end your adventure at the Haunted Playground, where a hair-raising scare experience awaits! This is definitely an experience for the older kids, as several SuperSpook residents – the Nun, the Wicked Witch, the Clown, Killer Bride and the Zombie – will also be roaming the park. If you’re bringing smaller kids with you, fret not, because they can still enjoy the regular, non-scary sports-centric activities within!

3. Mini Monster Bash at Pororo Park Singapore
It’s time for a fun-filled family day at Pororo Park’s Halloween event in Singapore! Bring your own boogey bag to collect lots and lots of treats during Pororo and Loopy’s Trick-or-Treat Sessions, and have a blast at three activity stations – the Spider Web, Ring Toss and Insta-Ween Photo Station! Each child will receive a Trick Rawr Stamp Card and will get a special treat once their card is stamped at each of the three activity stations. 4. Trick-or-treating and ghost towns at Tayo’s Terror Town
Pick out an awesome Halloween costume, bring along a nifty candy bag and drive into this Halloween event in Singapore, because it’s time for mischief, scares and candy aplenty at Tayo Station’s Tayoween festivities! Get plenty of treats or get tricked during this two-hour Halloween escapade, and then browse through four different activity stations like the Spider Web and eery Ring Toss. Enter the various haunted realms at Tayo Station and receive a Trick Rawr Stamp Card – those with all three stamps will get another splendid treat! 5. Halloween at The Museum by Museum of Ice Cream
You won’t get any tricks, just treats, at Halloween at the Museum by Museum of Ice Cream Singapore! Come in your best Halloween costume to enjoy 14 magical installations at MOIC, which will be transformed into a haunted town. There will be plenty of ice-cream treats during this hair-raising experience, too!

8. Trick or Thrills at Universal Studios Singapore
Dress up in your Halloween costumes (there are prizes like attraction tickets and vouchers to be won) and head over to this Halloween event in Singapore, which will feature characters like Po from Kung Fu Panda and Edith, Agnes and Margo from Illumination‘s Despicable Me all dressed up in vibrant costumes! It’s not quite trick-or-treating but kids can still look out for candy ambassadors all around the park to get your fill of Halloween treats. Those who want a real scare should head to the Halloween Horror Nights exhibition to check out the creepiest props, revisit infamous haunted houses and face a killer line-up of the scariest icons from previous years. Or head to Universal Monsters Scream Alley on Friday and Saturday evenings, where Frankenstein, the Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula and the Wolfman are just waiting to scare you! 9. Trick-or-treating at S.E.A Aquarium
Creep along an interactive musical walkway with the kids and get up close with the cast members of Pinkfong’s Baby Shark! This kid-friendly Halloween event in Singapore is all about sharks (you’ll find out why they aren’t always scary with lots of fun facts)! Littlies will also get to go trick-or-treating and hunt down the various candy ambassadors dressed as fish!

10. Face-painting and spooky fun at Craneum: A Crane Halloween
Expects adults-only sessions and plenty of kid-friendly activities at this spooktacular Halloween event in Singapore! Go on a game of Hide & Seek in the darkest corners of The Herencia with Crane’s Arts Associate Shaiful Risa and experience immersive storytelling at its best. Or join a Halloween Flower Basket workshop and make your own Halloween-themed arrangement with seasonal flowers and foliage. Sign up for a tarot card reading or join producer and director Tony Kern, as he walks the audience through the creation of his film, Afterimages, which will be screened afters. 11. Halloween Night Luge
Get ready for a scary ride at the Night Luge! This Halloween event in Singapore will see the Skyline Luge Sentosa transform into a spooky setting for two nights of fun. As you race down the tracks, look out for the pumpkins scattered along the way and count them. Keep an eye out for Little Red Riding Hood or Alice in Wonderland and whisper the right answer to score yourself a New Zealand ice cream! You’ll also want to come dressed in your paranormal best, as those in costume will be entered into a draw to win an Annual Play Pass! 12. Halloween-themed Royal Albatross Ghost Ship Cruise
Royal Albatross’ ghost ship cruise returns once more, complete with its tattered sails for a Halloween-themed three-course dinner with a dark twist. This year’s theme revolves around the mysterious “Sentosa Triangle”, where sailors and ships never return from. Once you’re on board, find a crew member and ask them “Where’s the ghost” to receive a special surprise. Prizes worth more than $200 are available for the best Halloween costume!
