Yoga & Mindfulness Holiday Camps in Singapore

Mindful Space

Did you know that children are much calmer and have better self-regulation after they’ve had the chance to move, swing, flip, and go upside down? Many parents give feedback that their active children can focus, enjoy quiet time and learn better too! Mindful Space is the only place in Singapore that offers kids and families a combination of mindfulness, aerial and yoga, where there’s a focus on fun play to teach resilience, body awareness, and a growth mindset. When up in the air with a hammock, your child’s brain activates their hand-eye-feet coordination and their central nervous system calms down. When on the mat, the movement grounds them to have self-control and balance. Add batik painting to the mix – it’s a therapeutic art that allows them to express themselves inside out. Watch your child’s confidence skyrocket as they practice grit and be out of their comfort zone to try new things.
