British Council Year-Round Study Camps
Well known as one of the top study camps in Singapore, British Council runs year-round intensive programmes for children of all ages to develop their English skills. Hua Language Centre Mandarin Camp [CANCELED]
Oh no! The Hua Forest has been invaded by little monsters! Can you catch them all and save the Hua Forest in time? In this 4-day Mandarin camp in Novena, kiddos will be so immersed in imaginative play that they’ll barely noticed they’re also immersed in a truly Mandarin environment! Activities will include a scavenger hunt for monsters, making monster-themed crafts, and fun language games. NB: The camp is geared toward international school students, but some previous Mandarin exposure is recommended.

Little Mandarins Fun Mandarin Holiday Camp
Available for March school holiday week and over the Easter period, Little Mandarins’ 2020 Spring Fun Holiday Camp is available in five different themes, and kiddos have the option to enrol on a daily or weekly basis. This spring’s holiday camp themes are: Speech & Drama; Rhythm & Movement; Kung Fu Rap (!); Chinese Brush Painting; and Kids Games. For one particularly special day (9 April), the theme will be Easter Egg Extravaganza, where campers will have the chance to paint their own Easter eggs and go on an Easter Eggs hunt. Throughout each holiday camp, campers will learn Mandarin through lots of games, arts & crafts, and songs. There’s no prerequisite for prior Mandarin instruction, and kiddos will build practical vocabulary skills that are relevant to everyday life!

Newton Show
Newton Show is Singapore’s most established science camp, having served over 5,000 happy campers! With the exciting Easter Science 2020 programme kids can travel through time, from prehistory until the modern day. They’ll get to see dinosaurs and exploding volcanic eggs, take part in a chemical battle, learn about bubbles of all kinds (even snow bubbles!), investigate a crime scene using forensic technology, and experience lots of ‘egg-citing’ Easter fun! The camp will include new experiments, hands-on interactive sessions, and lots of science. This is a new program with new science experiments, including engaging lectures from scientists.

SG Code Campus offers a solid foundation in Computer Science concepts with the chance to master various coding languages. Mini-chefs can look forward to hands-on, play-to-learn cooking classes that really teach kids how to cook in Ruqxana Vasanwala’s home kitchen. Super Chef Camp Asia
Camp Asia runs a weeklong Super Chef camp where budding chefs will get to explore a whole new world of flavours and textures, and celebrate diverse cultures, from kitchen basics and recognizing ingredients, to cooking all manner of recipes. Kids will also learn how to read recipes, ingredient labels and understand food allergies. The camp ends with a lunch prepared by the kids for the parents to attend – how fun is that?
