As the new Head of School, Steven aims to introduce new approaches to improve the students’ learning experience. He plans to foster an inclusive, supportive community within the school, emphasising collaboration and open communication with parents and students. This ensures students feel valued and motivated to succeed, while reassuring parents their children are supported academically, socially and emotionally.

His prior experience teaching and leading in Australia, England and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) gives him a strong understanding of diverse cultures. This complements AIS’ vibrant global community of over 50 nationalities, helping him build stronger relationships with the students and parent ambassadors at the school.

A vibrant community and expansive classroom

At AIS, students are taught to stay curious and make meaningful, real-world connections from an early age.
