Madagascar Opens at Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore

Universal Studios Singapore, the fab theme park within Resorts World Sentosa, has opened Madagascar: A Crate Adventure. This new theme park attraction is inspired by the adorable Madagascar film series that kids (and adults) love so much.

Among the longest rides in the Madagascar: A Crate Adventure is a 9-minute indoor flume ride that takes guests on a river boat adventure with Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo.

The Central Park “Zoosters” join forces with the eccentric leader of the local lemurs, King Julien – and the kids! – to help defeat the dreaded Foosa. Aided by the technically-savvy and hilarious Penguins, the heroes and guests together defeat the Foosa at the rim of a bubbling volcanic cauldron. Along the way, they encounter a giant alligator, wild-eyed spiders and more.




Universal Studios Singapore has six attractions  spread across two zones – Madagascar and Far Far Away – and are complemented by more than 10 themed dining and shopping outlets. In addition to Madagascar: A Crate Adventure, other attractions include King Julien’s Beach Party-Go-Round, the Shrek 4-D Adventure, Enchanted Airways, Donkey LIVE and Magic Potion Spin.
