Get set for a smorgasbord of sizzling flavours and aromas with the return of Hotel Fort Canning’s super popular “Gourmet Grill”! The fam can kick things off with a yummy (and well-priced) “Lazy Breakfast” at just $39++ per person at Alley on 25, then Dads can treat themselves to a complimentary “Godfather” cocktail (Great King Blended Whisky, Amaretto, and a slice of orange). Another thing to love about Alley on 25: kids under 6 eat free! The comprehensive breakfast spread features both a sprawling buffet and the addition of one yummy a la carte option per person, with choices like Smoked Salmon Bagel, Breakfast Quesadilla, or a moreish Grilled Pastrami and Cheese Sandwich. Does Dad like Beef Wellington, per chance? Throughout the entire month of June Bread Street Kitchen at Marina Bay Sands’ll be kicking things up a notch with two limited-time specials: Lobster and Saffron Risotto Wellington ($65++) and Lamb Wellington with Minted Red Wine Jus ($59++). And then of course there’s always Gordon Ramsay’s signature Beef Filet Wellington ($80) – a classic combo of juicy seared filet mignon, salty prosciutto, her crepe, and savoury mushroom duxelles encased in a golden crisp pastry crust. If Dad’s trying to eat on the healthier side, there’s even the new Impossible Wellington ($39) made with Impossible Beef!

Is papa a big fan of backyard barbecues? It can be hard to capture that vibe in Singapore, but Camp Kilo Charcoal Club on the banks of the Kallang River comes mighty close! Book yourself an outdoor picnic table and nosh on BBQ classics like whole roasted pig, bone-in beef short ribs, and roast chicken. You can also enjoy a Father’s Day Negroni at $16++, along with other summery drink specials like Frosé and Rose Sangria ($18 apiece). There will also be live music from 2pm to 10pm, and they’ve always got some fun cooking up for the kiddos, too!

If brunch isn’t your thing, there’s also a Saturday High Tea Buffet at D9 Cakery showcasing local delights like satay, Nasi Lemak, Chef’s special prawn laksa, and steamed dim sum. Executive Chef Nicky has created an Enhanced Weekend Brunch that features an exclusive dish, Sea Bass topped with red yeast and garlic in soya sauce, in addition to the 50+ other scrumptious dim sum dishes on offer! Papas who love beer should definitely head to Paulaner for their Viktualienmarkt Brunch on Sunday 16 June. Not only is this one of our favorite steak restaurants in Singapore, but it also has a particularly sweet Father’s Day tie-in as it’s run by the father and son team of Wolfgang and Peter Zwiener. The 4-course “Father’s Day Feast” set menu will feature tuna tartare as an appetiser, then give dads a choice between Colorado lamb chop or USDA Prime Ribeye Steak, which is dry-aged on site for 28 days! Diners will also get to choose from classic steakhouse sides like German potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, or creamed spinach – YUM!
