Singapore International Jazz Festival

Three days, two venues and over 180 artists set to perform – have you gotten your tickets to Singapore International Jazz Festival, mama? Featuring Grammy & BRIT Award-winning names like Corinne Bailey Ray, Hitman David Foster & Friends, Chaka Khan and more, get ready for a whole weekend of amazing jazz music for the soul!

Japan Food Town Sakura Fair

If you’re not making plans to visit Japan for cherry blossom season, don’t despair! Japan Food Town’s Sakura Fair will be more than enough to distract you by filling your tummy with all sorts of Japanese cuisine. Highlighting popular spring ingredients such as bamboo shoots, sakura shrimp and nanohana, the festival also includes specially curated ‘sakura inspired’ menus from over 16 restaurants. Experience your own hanami (flower viewing) right in the heart of Singapore, mama, with real sakura directly flown in from Japan.

Lao Jiu: The Musical

Dive into the world of a teenager nicknamed “Lao Jiu”, the ninth child and only son in the family, a boy who struggles between pursuing a prestigious scholarship to do his family proud and chasing his dream to be a traditional arts puppeteer. Helmed by award-winning director, Kuo Jian Hong, this 2017 production of Lao Jiu: The Musical will star veteran actors and singers alike.

VOILAH! French Festival Singapore

The Voilah! French Festival returns with more than 40 programmes for everyone in Singapore! From the making of popular video game franchise, Assassin’s Creed, and virtual reality films, to stunning visual and performing arts, and gastronomic delights across the island, this year’s festival puts on show the best of French culture and creativity.

The Vintage Fair at Journey East

Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day

The annual Free Cone Day is back! Take the kiddos to get a free cup or cone of their favourite Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavour (Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough always make the top of the list) and do good while you’re at it. You’d better start thinking about the tough decisions you’ll need to make, mama: Which flavour? Cup or cone?
