Eins, Zwei, Drei, G’suffa! Get ready for Oktoberfest 2026! Put on your dancing shoes, Dirndl or Lederhosen, grab a beer and get ready to party as you celebrate this German tradition right here in Singapore.
Oktoberfest is back! Oktoberfest is an annual festival that originated in Munich, Germany, and is usually held over a two-week period from September to the first Sunday in October. Lots of countries, Singapore included, hold these Munich-style Oktoberfests featuring plenty of German beer, Bavarian food and a party-like vibe in an attempt to reproduce the Bavarian sense of gemütlichkeit – cordiality.
Sound like lots of messy fun, just like the festival’s Irish counterpart, St Patrick’s Day? Grab a beer and your friends (Bavarian costumes of Dirndl or Lederhosen optional) and party the night away at all these places holding Oktoberfest 2026 events this year–and yes, there will be a lot of beer, delicious German food, and music!

1. Swiss Club Singapore: Oktoberfest 2026 with live music, food and games
Oktoberfest at Swiss Club Singapore is one of the most popular Oktoberfest events in Singapore, and tickets sell out fast! Sit back and enjoy live music from their award-winning 10-piece Bavarian brass band, Musikkapelle Partenkirchen, and get ready for a full night of dancing, singing, drinking and eating as you celebrate Oktoberfest 2026. This Oktoberfest event culminates on Früschoppen Sunday, where there’s a huge traditional German and Swiss buffet, goodies such as popcorn, cotton candy and ice cream, a bouncy castle and event a magic show!

2. Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore: Oktoberfest 2026 with live music
One of the largest Oktoberfest events in Singapore is coming back this year! Save the date for an epic Oktoberfest celebration at Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore. From beer shots to authentic German food, you’re sure to get a night to remember when you join in the festive fun. Plus, enjoy live music by Joe & Seine Schürzenjäger and Dirndlpower from Germany, as well as DJ Fabeat and DJ Knightndae!

3. The Chevrons: Oktoberfest buffet, photobooth & more
Recreational club, The Chevrons has plenty of fun for the family this Oktoberfest. Prepare yourself for a feast as there’ll be a German buffet with live cooking stations. Setting the festive mood are DJs and a live band. Come dressy to take advantage of the photobooth, and put on your competitive hat to take on some games, a rodeo bull challenge and lucky draw.

4. Tanglin CC Oktoberfest: Affordable Oktoberfest dinner
Tanglin folks, there’s an Oktoberfest event near you and it’s gentle on the wallet! The Tanglin Community Club has a one-day-only Oktoberfest event, and you can expect a lively celebration of German culture. Each ticket entitles you to the buffet dinner filled with German specialities with a live station and one beer while you enjoy tunes performed by the Tanglin CC Music Club Band.

There’s a weekend of Oktoberfest celebrations taking place at Clarke Quay’s Fountain Square. Lau Pa Sat Erdinger Oktoberfest Street Festival
Oktoberfest at one of Singapore’s most iconic hawker centres? Count us in. Lau Pa Sat transforms into an “Oktoberfest wonderland” dubbed the Erdinger Oktoberfest Street Festival. Head over for an array of traditional Bavarian games, including a Stein Holding Competition (hold a traditional beer mug for as long as you can!), a beer photo op and merch giveaways.

Haji Lane Erdinger Oktoberfest Street Festival
The Erdinger Oktoberfest Street Festival extends over to Haji Lane, also with an array of fun traditional Bavarian games. Try your hand at the Stein Holding Competition that’ll put you through three challenging rounds. There’s also the Oktoberquest Adventure where you can complete challenges to fill up a stamp card to win some fun merch. You can even get a free Erdinger pint when you sign up for a Drinkies account.

Seletar Country Club: Oktoberfest 2026 with buffet dinner & live performance

First-timer families with children will get one additional ballot chance for every child they have (aged 18 years old and below) or are expecting when applying for a BTO or Sale of Balance Flat.
The change will take effect from the February 2027 BTO sales exercise, with no cap on the additional ballot chances families can receive.
Currently, eligible first-timer families under the First-Timer (Parents and Married Couples) category receive three ballot chances and priority under the Family and Parenthood Priority Scheme when applying for a four-room or smaller BTO flat in Standard projects.
PM Wong said: “Once you have children, I believe you should receive even greater priority.”
The Government is also raising the BTO income ceiling to $16,000 for families and $8,000 for singles, while the income ceiling for new ECs will increase to $18,000.
The higher BTO income ceilings will take effect for those applying for an HFE letter from 24 Aug 2026. The higher EC ceiling applies to developments with land sale tender closing dates from 24 Aug 2026
