Tim Sum vs Dim Sum vs Yum Cha

Some say dim sum, others tim sum (it sounds the same when you say it out loud), while others call it yum cha. Which one’s correct? It’s essentially all one and the same–small portions of steamed or fried dumplings or small dishes that are traditionally served with Chinese tea.
