Mulberry Learning Centre Open Day

Join Mulberry in various locations around Singapore (not including Cairnhill) for their Open Day, mama! Parents and kiddos will get to learn more about Habits of Mind, the globally recognised pedagogy from the U.S., that was also adopted by the Gifted Education Branch of MOE for the brightest kids in Singapore. Mulberry is the only preschool in Singapore offering this program! Other highlights include fun activities like Indoor Games, Arts & Crafts and Balloon Sculpting, guided tours and info on the unique Mulberry program offerings, plus special enrolment discounts!

International 24-hour #YogaRelay by Pure Yoga & #YogaForAll

Pure Yoga is set to celebrate the International Day of Yoga with an International #YogaRelay! The 24-hour relay will connect yoga practitioners of all levels in a collective #ahhh moment at Pure Yoga locations across five cities from Asia to New York. The Pure Yoga community will align movements and a sense of oneness all through the day. Pure Yoga will also launch #YogaForAll, a series of free monthly community classes open to the general public. Suitable for all levels – young, old, yogi, or non-yogi; whether one lives yoga or has never touched a yoga mat before – ‘Yoga For All’ classes will be held every third week of the month, commencing this weekend.

Spend the last weekend of the school holiday at Fabrika, klapsons The Boutique Hotel’s signature sky bar! KidsOut@Fabrika is the first kids’ event Fabrika is holding, and guarantees a fun weekend evening before the new school term starts. There will be an outdoor buffet spread (included in ticket price), with activities including a bouncy castle, balloon-sculpting, face painting and caricature drawing to engage your fun-loving tykes. Art Day Out! at Gillman Barracks x The School Holidays Edition

Art Day Out! returns for a special School Holidays Edition, mama! Families can look forward to fun-filled art activities for little ones, in addition to the galleries’ new exhibitions and special programmes by Gillman Barracks tenants for the adults! After the art workshops by Cake Theatre, Art Outreach and Playeum’s Children’s Centre for Creativity, fuel up at the Kidlympics Edition of Timbre’s Saturday Social BBQ where the little ones can compete to see who is the fastest in the Speed Relay games. There will also be bouncy castles, wading pools for toddlers, live BBQ, live music, cold beers and other fringe arts & crafts activities.

Pusaka: Heritage and Culture of the Javanese in Singapore

The Malay Heritage Centre & Javanese Association of Singapore (MHC) has co-curated an exhibition on local Javanese culture to explore the diversity within the local Malay community. Learn about the history of the community in Singapore, interesting traditions and other aspects of the culture that continue to be practiced today. For the kiddos, MHC has organised several engaging performances and interactive activities! Your bubs can try their hand at crafting their own kuda kepang and kekayon, as well as enjoy silat and wayang kulit performances. Check out all the programme highlights via the link below, mama!
