Changi Festive Village 2024: Hello Kitty & Friends Carnival, Snow Fall & A Cosmic HydroPark

The Changi Festive Village is back at Terminal 3! Look forward to a Hello Kitty and Friends Carnival with a snow show and a Cosmic Hydropark with water play from 2 November to 16 February 2025!

The year-end celebrations at the 2024 Changi Festive Village look very different this year! This year, it’s all about Hello Kitty’s 50th anniversary. From 1 November to 16 February 2025, Changi Airport Terminal 3 will be taken over by giant topiary displays of all our favourite Sanrio characters from Hello Kitty to Kuromi and more.

Keep a look out for carnival games, rides, performances, a snow show and plenty of merch at the Hello Kitty and Friends Carnival. There’s also the Cosmic Hydropark which promises lots of fun water play. Here’s what to expect at the Changi Festive Village:

Hello Kitty and Friends Carnival At Changi Festive Village: Sanrio-themed rides and games

The Hello Kitty & Friends Carnival features nine zones, each representing a beloved Sanrio character. Test your skills with exciting Sanrio-themed carnival games with a twist such as the ‘Cinnamoroll Ring Toss’. Stand a chance to win limited edition Sanrio-themed merchandise including adorable collectible pins and Sanrio character plush toys. You might get to take home your favourite Sanrio character!

Kids (1.1 to 1.3 metres tall) can hop on plenty of colourful carnival rides with cute designs featuring Hello Kitty and Friends, including a tiered birthday cake. Plus, don’t miss interactive workshops where you can craft unique Sanrio keepsakes including a hot-stamped water bottle or personalise a crystal dome with accessories to take something home with you. Cosmic Hydropark At Changi Festive Village: Giant slides & water playground

This year, Cosmic HydroPark is Changi Airport’s first-ever inflatable space-themed water park! Kids can whizz down the giant water slide or put their climbing skills to the test at the Tower Climber. Older kids will love the thrilling water obstacle course that features interactive elements including a swing, trampoline, balancing bean and more. Little ones can join in the water play fun at the Kiddy Pool, a safe space where they can beat the heat and splash around.

Note 1: Cosmic Pool requirements: Minimum height of 0.9 metres and above. Children between 0.9m to 1.2m will require an accompanying adult at a ratio of 1 adult to two children to enter. Children below 1.1 metres will not be allowed to ride the Giant Water Slide.

Note 2: Kiddy Pool requirement: Only for children between two to 7 years old and between the height of 0.7m. to 1.2m. Accompanying adult supervision is compulsory.

Spend $50 ($80 at supermarket and Jewel) in a single receipt at participating retail and F&B outlets in Changi Airport Public Areas to receive five free Carnival Credits. Pay with Mastercard or Changi Pay to receive an additional five Carnival Credits. Carnival Credits can be converted to Carnival Tokens at the Carnival ticketing booth.

Simply spend $50 ($80 at supermarket and Jewel) in a single receipt at participating retail and F&B outlets in Changi Airport Public Areas to redeem a Meet-and-Greet pass. Photo Spots & Snow Show At Changi Festive Village: 8-metre tall Hello Kitty

Look out for the 8-metre tall Hello Kitty for a cute photo opportunity! Plus, keep your eyes peeled for My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnomoroll and Pompompurin, who are also here to spread festive joy. Kids can have a go at the seven-metre Slide of Fun rainbow slide located right behind Hello Kitty. Do note that kids must be at least five years old as of 1 November and a minimum height of 1-metre to ride.

Plus, don’t miss the enchanting snow show that takes place every night until the end of the year! Watch your little ones light up as snow falls on them against the backdrop of gorgeous Sanrio-themed photo spots. More info here.
