TIANN’S
A dedicated gluten-free and sugar-conscious restaurant, TIANN’S offers a wide range of dishes made entirely from scratch. Everything is prepped in the restaurant kitchen without gluten or refined sugar, making it a perfect choice if you’re looking for healthier options that are still packed with flavour. If you’re suffering from coeliac disease or are allergic to dairy and egg, or even if you’re simply following low-carb or meat-free diets like paleo, keto and veganism, you’ll find a dish here that fits all your dietary needs and satisfies. Looking for a great place to host a birthday party, intimate wedding or dinner gathering? TIANN’S can host up to 45 pax with some really good food. They’ve also got healthy lunch box options and sugar-free matcha lattes if your team is stuck working through lunch. This dog-friendly restaurant also offers patio seating and water if you’re bringing your four-legged friends.
Merci Marcel

This outlet of Merci Marcel has a few outside tables and as a result, allows you to bring along your furry friends! They will even bring out water bowls for the dogs.
The Butcher’s Wife

Are you gluten-free and a pet lover? Then this is the spot for you! Make a reservation for their outside seating and bring your fur friend. They don’t advertise themselves as being pet-friendly but when I asked our server about it during dinner he said they do allow pets outside. Call in advance to avoid disappointment.
Dog-friendly Cafes in Bishan

Want to avoid the downtown crowd? Head down to Menage Cafe, a dog-friendly cafe that serves up Western dishes and even has a menu just for your pets. Choose from a delicious range of food for your pup like Salmon Steak, Chicken Breast, Sous Vide Pork Loin and more. They even have colourful bench swings for you and your pup to unwind and snap a cute Insta-worthy pic!
Dog-friendly Cafes in Dempsey
While you’re in Dempsey note that The Wagington Luxury Pet Hotel & Spa is a great option for dog grooming or boarding. There’s also the Singpet Pet Store – home to Singapore’s largest pet store selling anything and everything you could want for dogs, and you can take your furry friend inside to shop. Do note that pets must wear a diaper.
Baker & Cook Dempsey
This is a great spot for both the kids and the pups. With an awesome playground for the kids to run free and plenty of outside seating for parents plus space that your dog can enjoy. Read more about it in our kid-friendly restaurant guide.
Open Farm Community / TBB Safari
Looking for a fancier meal with your pup? We always enjoy dining on the patio at Open Farm Community restaurant with our dog. If you are heading to TBB Safari next door do note that the only dog-friendly seats are at the back. Plus there is a playground on site and plenty of green space for the kids to run free. Be sure to make a reservation!
RedDot Brewhouse

Furkids are welcome at this family-owned brewery cum restaurant set in an old British Army Barrack in Dempsey. There is a lovely green garden, airy interiors, and alfresco dining. Go for lunch or dinner midweek or enjoy weekend brunch with a pint brewed by the team at RedDot Brewhouse while the kids enjoy the occasional activity such as face painting and pond fish catching. The menu spans appetizers to tapas, pasta, pizza, burgers, steak and desserts.
Burnt Ends Bakery

Famous for its savoury doughnuts, Burnt Ends Bakery also sells coffee and tons of other pastries. Bring your furkid along with you as there’s plenty of outdoor seating at this dog-friendly cafe popular with walkers for breakfast – just be sure to head down early as the famous doughnuts tend to sell out by noon.
The Dempsey Project

The Dempsey Project has lots of outdoor seating along the patio making it a great dog-friendly cafe in Dempsey. The food is delicious – think spiced-up brunch options, Mezze platters, gluten-free Banana Pancakes and more!
Dog-friendly Restaurants in Botanics + Bukit Timah
My pup loves the Botanic Gardens for an early morning or late afternoon stroll and sometimes a bite to eat. If you don’t have a car and your pup doesn’t have the stamina to make it from one end of the park to the other you can always call a Grab Pet to go home at the halfway mark around the Visitor Centre or the Learning Forest access points.
Note: While most of the Botanic Gardens is dog friendly there are a few areas where they are not allowed including the National Orchid Garden and Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden. For the full list check here.
Bee’s Knees Botanic Gardens

Bee’s Knees Botanic Gardens looks like the ultimate dog cafe judging by its clientele! This garden café is a perfect spot to enjoy a laid-back meal in the Botanic Gardens with your dog. We love to end up here for breakfast either at the start or end of our walk.
Plain Vanilla Bakery @ Cluny Court (outside “pet parking”)

I have an addiction to Plain Vanilla’s salted caramel cupcakes and generally will use any sort of physical activity (like a walk in the Botanics) as an excuse to justify eating one. Plain Vanilla Bakery is tiny inside so it’s not a dog cafe to dine in with your pet but there is a place for you to tie up your dog directly outside of the shop (water bowl supplied) so you can keep an eye on them while picking up treats for yourself to go!
Dog-friendly Restaurants in the West
W39 Bistro & Bakery

This dog/cat-friendly cafe in the West has great coffee, good food, friendly service and a free biscuit for your fur baby! Fans and water bowls outside keep your pets cool and happy. Reader recommended!
Dog-friendly Restaurants in Orchard
Nassim Hill Bakery
Looking for a great spot with your dog in the Orchard area? Look no further than Nassim Hill Bakery! We love going to this dog-friendly cafe for brunch but they also serve lunch and dinner too. Be sure to make a reservation for their outside seating as spots fill up fast!
Brewerkz Orchard

While I haven’t actually brought my dog to eat here, it is a very dog-friendly restaurant. We pass Brewekz on our daily walk and my dog has now learned that there is usually a dog there to say hi to and slows down to the speed of a turtle looking for puppy friends eating at the restaurant. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a cold one with your dog this spot is for you!
I. N. U Cafe & Boutique

At this dog friendly cafe, not only will you get to enjoy a meal with your furry friend, but you can pick up some goodies for your pet! From chew toys to dog treats, a lounger for your dog and even leashes and outfits, you’ll find just what you need. Plus, you can order something yummy for your pet too!
Dog-friendly Restaurants at Robertson Quay
Robertson Quay is a great location for dog walking and you might spot otters here too. If you are with your pup make sure you maintain a safe distance from the otters and if your dog is a bit on the aggressive side perhaps avoid stopping altogether. Many of the restaurants in Robertson Quay are pet-friendly thanks to their outdoor space. Our faves are:
Boomarang
Looking to catch the latest sporting match with your furry friend or just enjoy some Australian cuisine then you will love this place. They have lots of outside seating and are very pet-friendly.
Carrotsticks & Cravings

We love heading to this dog-friendly cafe for a healthy bite. Think smoothie bowls, avocado toast, overnight oats and more! All of the seating is outside making it perfect for dogs.
Common Man
This is the perfect spot to enjoy a great cup of coffee with man’s best friend. Dogs are allowed in their outside seating area.
Kith Cafe

Dog and kid-friendly, this place always has a crowd. We love their avocado toast and banana smoothies.
Super Loco

Craving Mexican with your four-legged friend? Super Loco is your spot! Don’t forget to order some scrumptious meals from their delicious brunch menu. You can always find a dog or two here.

FOC Sentosa

In the mood for Spanish tapas with a beach club vibe? Your pup is sure to love FOC Sentosa. We sure love their Iberico Ham Croquettes and FOC Parrillada. Plus FOC Sentosa is also great for kids. Note: dogs are only allowed in the sand area; they are not permitted on the deck, near (or in) the pool, or inside the restaurant.

Tanjong Beach Club

Tanjong Beach is super popular with dog owners. On any given day of the week you are bound to run into lots of dogs to socialize your pup with (although mine only has eyes for the ocean). Tanjong Beach also has a convenient rinsing station to clean your pup off after they have had their fun so you don’t take home tons of sand with you. The Beach Club itself is great for a relaxing morning or if you are looking for a bit of a party scene visit in the afternoon.

There’s a monthly special for dog owners on every second Saturday of the month, from 3pm to 7pm. Bring along your fur babies and enjoy the many treats available each month (from free dog goodies to 10% off the total bill when you dine with your pet!)
Le Faubourg

Located a short walk away from Resorts World Sentosa, bring your furkid along with you as you escape to Paris for a day. There is a beautiful outdoor dining area at this french-inspired restaurant where pups and cats are welcome. There are water bowls provided for them too!
Mylo’s at Gardens by the Bay
Take the bikes for a cycle around Gardens by the Bay or just go for a nice long walk (kids can bring scooters). You’ll then have earned a delicious gelato at the new kid-friendly (and dog-friendly) cafe Mylo’s, which is right next to the Active garden (lots of exercise equipment to have fun on) and the musical instruments for kids to play with. Pups will be happy with homemade doggie biscuits, peanut butter and beef bone broth popsicles.
Dog-friendly Restaurants in Punggol

This Japanese-inspired café offers brunch dishes while at night, it turns into a contemporary Izakaya serving bar bites. The space also has an alfresco pet-friendly area.

Dog cafes in Singapore
There are a handful of dog cafes in Singapore where you can pet resident dogs (a great option for those who don’t have a dog at home but desperately want one!). These dog cafes are often breed-specific, making them perfect for individuals who might be allergic or afraid of certain dog breeds. Remember to always treat the animals with kindness and respect (read more tips in our cat cafe article here). You are often not allowed to bring your own dogs to these cafes though. Here are some dog cafes in Singapore you can choose from:
Chow Cute Cafe

This cosy dog cafe in Seletar Aerospace Park has puffy Chow Chows greeting you at the entrance. Chow Cute Cafe also lets you bring your dogs along, which is great for your furkids to have some social time! There are also resident samoyeds, so you’re sure to have a furball of a time here. While walk-ins are allowed, we recommend reserving your table online to avoid disappointment!
