Looking for a hang out spot where you can get some great food, socialise and network, browse retail and work? Step into Crane’s community spaces at Robertson Quay, Joo Chiat & Arab Street!

Mamas in the know will tell you that Crane is the place to be if you are looking for somewhere that’s cosy enough to hang out, grab a bite to eat, pick up some fun home decor, get a sense of community (there are lots of events on including kid-friendly fun) and do a spot of work – yes, all in one space! Crane at Robertson Quay feels like a very stylish friend’s living room where you chill for the day, do some retail therapy (we’re nuts for the chic homeware!), have a business meeting or catch up on work, then meet friends for lunch! There are two cool dining options within – nibble on authentic Italian pizza and sip on affordable beers and wines from Old School bar, or start the day with a cup of java from Kohi Roastery & Coffee Bar, where the coffee pros roast their own beans to bring you interesting combos like their Ice Espresso Tonic and Ice Coco(nut)xpresso.

Want more good news? Crane has two newer locations in Joo Chiat and Arab Street, where you’ll get up close to self-care and self-discovery (thanks to all the body and soul events), access to networking opportunities and social events, more delish bites at their on-site cafes and more cool retail therapy. Oh, and did we tell you that all of Crane’s spaces are perfectly family-friendly, too?

Crane at Arab Street

Crane’s new outpost in bustling Arab Street within the historic Kampong Glam district is the perfect stop for every culture vulture who wants to do more than tick off a to-do list on the daily.
Workspace: It’s easy enough to switch from work mode to play here, as this zen space morphs from hot-desking workspace in the day to an in-demand games and events area by night. There are two areas for every modern mama – get to work at Canary (and then wind down with a game of ping pong upstairs in the arvo) or get your brainstorming sessions done in Attic, a cosy room that’s also great for hosting pop-ups and small get-togethers.
Cafe: Head down to the Cantina afterwards for sustenance, where you’ll find an Asian farm-to-table menu filled with real food made with the freshest ingredients.
Retail: Whether it’s gorgeous homeware, decor or cute gifts for someone you love, Crane Living has you covered. You’ll be spoilt for choice by the well-curated selection of products here, designed to fit modern aesthetics.

Crane in Joo Chiat

The Joo Chiat Crane outlet – affectionately dubbed Crane Two – is spread out over three stories in a corner Peranakan heritage shophouse. Everything you see here is inspired by the building’s post-war architecture and surrounding residential neighbourhoods.
Workspace: From workshops and team meets to private events or even lunch appointments, Crane Two has two beautifully decorated rooms – namely, Osprey and Garuda. The Garuda room even has an attached kitchen if you want an event space that requires hors d’oeuvres or small plates.
Cafe: The Earth Shop and Cafe occupy a pretty corner here, and you can expect smoothies, acai bowls and all sorts of healthy dishes made from local produce where possible.
Retail: You’ll find some fabulous crockery and dinner party pieces at the Crane Living retail space downstairs!
