Across Singapore you’ll find a huge range of activities available for munchkins as young as 1.5, all the way up to teens. Want to get your kiddo started on learning Mandarin? Little Mandarins is welcoming students with no pre-requisite knowledge of the language! Children who are beginners get to learn simple phrases in a fun manner while those with a Mandarin foundation will get to practice their language skills. This summer, Little Mandarins is offering three specially-created themes: Zipping through China (introducing some unique dwellings in China, the different types of tea grown including a session on tea brewing); Something Old, Something New (children will get to “tour” 4 exhibitions – fire brigade, nature, toys and cars); and Hi there! (covering letters from 4 overseas friends talking about their countries and their favourite activities). Each camp is full of games and activities like speech & drama, arts & crafts, games and brush paintings, helping children learn Mandarin in a fun and stimulating environment.
