The first batch of IB Diploma students graduate next year at Dover Court International School! Here’s how your child can apply for the IB scholarship for 2019

Dover Court International School (DCIS) introduced the much-acclaimed International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in August 2017,  in line with its ethos to provide a high quality, challenging, international education at all levels. The IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) further broadens and differentiates DCIS’s educational offering, which maintains its framework of the National English Curriculum.

Next year is a big year for DCIS: it’s when the first cohort of IB Diploma students will graduate! The exciting news for parents looking to enrol their kids into the forward thinking IB approach is that scholarships for the IBDP 2019 are now open!

DCIS emphasises well-rounded development — not just academic success

Why choose a school authorised to teach the IB Programme?

The IBDP aims to “develop students who have excellent breadth and depth of knowledge – students who flourish physically, intellectually, emotionally and ethically.”DCIS is part of the Nord Anglia Education family of school, with over 55 schools worldwide (the majority offering the IBDP).  The result? One in three Nord Anglia Education graduates go on to attend one of the world’s top 100 universities, as ranked by QS World University Rankings!

Those results are pretty outstanding, but one of the things we love most about DCIS is its focus on an well-round development in students — not just academic success. All students respect, support and interact with people from different cultures and become socially and intellectually confident. It’s this inclusive aspect of the school that teaches through modelling.

The scholarship is open to both existing and new DCIS students, so even if your child is already at DCIS you can look into applying for this excellent scholarship.
