What to Do at Genting Skyworlds
Genting SkyWorlds joins the existing Skytropolis amusement park in Genting Highlands, and is said to be the size of 19 football fields. Here are some awesome highlights from each of the nine zones at theme park Genting Skyworlds:
Andromeda Base: Active kiddos will have the best time ever at Andromeda Base, where three rides – Boot Camp Training, Alpha Fighter Pilots & Terraform Tower Challenge – will put them through various challenges.
Central Park: Head to the Night at the Museum: Midnight Mayhem 3D interactive ride for a glimpse of good ol’ Rexy or soar through the skies on the ESD Global Defender.
Eagle Mountain: Experience the California heat with Torque and Wrench on the infamous Mad Ramp Peak, the world’s first dual-powered rollercoaster bike ride.
Epic: Go on a boat ride on the Epic Voyage to Moonhaven, where characters like Nod, M.K. and Mandrake are brought to life via spectacular animatronics and special effects.
Ice Age: The rides here feature all our favourite characters from Ice Age, and you’ll get to set sail on pirate ships, walk through frosty playgrounds and go acorn-hunting on a 65-feet rollercoaster.
Liberty Lane: Visit the streets of San Francisco at Liberty Lane, which has the Invasion of the Planet of the Apes 3D ride – a pulse-pounding indoor ride that has been designed exclusively for Genting SkyWorlds theme park.
Rio: Join Rio’s feathered birdies in the double-decker Blue Sky Carousel, or spin away in a whirlwind of colour and fun in the Rio Carnaval Chaos ride. There’s also the daring Samba Gliders, a hang glider ride that sits 65 feet above and promises a bird’s-eye view of the entire zone.
Robots Rivet Town: Hop on board a Bigweld Zeppelin, a family-friendly ride with controllable motions. Alternatively, hold on tight on the Rivet Town Roller, which has a topsy-turvy route.
Studio Plaza: This space celebrates all things cinema-related, and you’ll find plenty of your favourite movie characters carved into the golden interiors, on display at the 360° Legends Cinema.
