Timbre+ (by Timbre Group) has been making waves with its launch of a hip hawker-style foodie destination which promises live music (Wednesday to Saturday) alongside your tapas, sous vide squid, confit duck and Little Creatures ale. It’s unlike anything you’ve seen before in Singapore – and oozes coolness (despite the lack of aircon). Multiple graffitied food trucks are set around a music stage together with a bottle shop offering international beer and cider ($10-$16). What’s not to like?
