Hans Im Gluck

Hans Im Gluck is a new German upmarket burger bar chain with over 40 restaurants abroad. Their first post in Asia has popped up in Orchard using the space right next to the Thai Embassy, with alfresco and indoor seating – its interiors dotted with a forest of birch trees. On the menu, burgers (beef, chicken, vegetarian and vegan patties) like the Geissbock ($17) of homemade sourdough or multigrain buns, and a beef patty topped with feta cheese, bacon and fig jam. Fries and salad need to be bought as extra.
