Hotels & Restaurants for Easter Brunch in Singapore

L’Espresso, Gordon Grill and Coffee Lounge at Goodwood Park Hotel

Goodwood Park Hotel’s ‘An Easter Wonderland’ will transform the hotel grounds into a ‘wonderland’ of Easter fun, with Easter Sunday Mega Brunch available at L’Espresso, Gordon Grill and Coffee Lounge. Looking for afternoon tea? L’Espresso will be offering an Easter Afternoon Tea Buffet at from 15 – 16 April. There will also be Pop-Up Lifestyle Retail Stalls and a Children’s House with a bouncy castle on-site at Tudor Courtyard, open on Easter Sunday, 10:30am to 4:30pm.

Easter Brunch in Singapore - Mezza9 Grand Hyatt Singapore

Mezza9, Grand Hyatt Singapore

Bond with the family over some delicious dishes this Easter when you sit down to mezza9’s Easter brunch in Singapore. Sample dishes from six of its show kitchens: grill, steam, basket, seafood, Thai, sushi, and patisserie. Highlights to order include the Australian Yarra Valley Salmon and Trout Caviar, Grilled BBQ Platter, which comes with a slow-roasted Australian Grass-fed Prime-rib, Roasted Stuffed Lamb Leg, Baked Whole Salmon and Grilled Spatchcock Chicken with a mustard rub. There’s also Mezza9’s fabulous Signature Dessert Extravaganza, which features an Easter-inspired twist with hot cross buns. Celebrate Easter with bottomless servings of Barons de Rothchild Champagne. If the kids want simpler bites, they’ll get plenty in the form of cheeseburgers, bolognese, fried rice, and chicken and prawn dumplings – all of which are part of the children’s Easter brunch menu.

Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental

Dolce Vita’s Easter buffet brunch menu boasts mouthwatering starters such as Italian cold cuts, Buffalo mozzarella with heirloom cherry tomatoes and basil, a Mediterranean seafood salad, Torta pasqualina (traditional Italian Easter quiche pie) cured salmon, smoked duck breast, cauliflower soup and free-flow oysters on ice. You can choose from a delicious selection of mains such as special Riserva Acquerello risotto, orecchiette pasta, pan-roasted barramundi, roasted pork belly and angus beef tagliata. Desserts is where the Easter goodness really shines, with a Bunny! Bunny! baked cheesecake elevated Easter egg made of coconut mousse, exotic coulis and coconut dacquoise cake, flourless Easter chocolate sponge cake, carrot cake (of course!), and the usual suspects like tiramisu, fresh viennoiserie, mini chocolate croissants, macarons and pralines.

Newly refurbished The Kitchen Table is offering plenty of sustainably sourced local produce and fresh seasonal find for its very first Easter Sunday brunch in Singapore. Stunning views aside, you can expect to dive into a sea of flavours and dig into a succulent platter of crustacean delights – Japanese Snow Crab Leg, Freshly-shucked Oysters, Poached Lobster, and more.
