Parents can kick back to cool tunes with a lovely Jazz Brunch (including all your faves plus Free-Flow Champagne), while your little bunnies can head to the separate kids’ area to get busy with Easter egg painting, an Easter egg hunt, various games and (best of all, IMO) a Valrhona chocolate egg. We got a sneak preview of Pastry Chef Eddy’s special confection for this Easter – Yoghurt Lemon Carrot Sponge Cake – and let us tell you, mamas, it is deeeelish. The lovely Town Restaurant Easter Brunch is taking it to the next level – literally – with two levels of breakfast items, wood-fired pizzas, salads, shellfish, a chocolate fountain, a spring-themed Easter chorus and so much more.
