HFC’s annual Easter in the Park is back this year with a Friends of the Forest theme on 21 April. The Easter Bunny always makes a visit, and there’s the much-anticipated Easter Egg Hunt plus the delicious spread otherwise known as the Easter Sunday Lunch Extravaganza. Look forward to Salmon Devilled Eggs, Pan-seared Tuna with Fennel, fresh seafood on ice, carving stations with plum glazed Gammon and traditional Turkey Breast, Saltbush Leg of Lamb and more plus a whole cornucopia of delicious desserts (hot cross buns and layer cakes galore). While parents make their way through the Easter feast, there’s always a bunch of activities for kids and a Friends of the Forest Best Dressed Contest, too!

Jamie’s Italian will be serving up Easter specials throughout Easter week (starting on 15 April) at its popular Forum location on Orchard Road, with delectable a la carte specials like homemade Tagliatelle with Asparagus, Cheese & Bacon and Slow-Roasted Lamb.
