Atrium at Pan Pacific Singapore is a bar that transforms into a Peranakan Weekend High Tea Buffet (weekends 2:30pm to 5:30pm) featuring unlimited English and Peranakan signatures, enhanced with live stations helmed by the chefs. Highlights include the Mutton Rendang and the DIY Kueh Pie Tee made with homemade pastry tart shell – better than any hawker versions we’ve had. The Cantonese Sponge Cake is delicious, as is the Matcha Yuzu Lychee Entremet – just one of the many tasty sweets. This spread makes a great feast for a guest from out of town to try local specialities (and still have your cucumber sandwiches, scones, and homemade bonbons from the traditional Western high tea).
