If you don’t live in the area, it is a bit of a trek out to the Bukit Timah Saddle club. But if you combine a lunch at the Marmalade Pantry with some other family activities it’s more than worth the trip.

The kids’ menu is great, offering stylish variations on the usual suspects. A kids’ fave (or is it mama’s?) are the parmesan chicken fritters served with a side of vegetable chips, yum! And if mama doesn’t quite feel like herself, the Bloody Marys are definitely spicy enough to wake you up at once. Psst… If afternoon tea is more your cup (ha!) go for one of their huge and delicious cupcakes.
