LUX: Scandinavian Cuisine from the NOX team

New restaurant LUX (not to be confused with the erstwhile Luxe) opens from the team behind dine-in-the-dark restaurant NOX. NOX’s founder is Swedish so expect authentic Scandinavian cuisine encompassing flavours from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland. Dishes include Pickled Herring Platters, Norwegian hand peeled shrimp on toast, and juicy gourmet Swedish Meatballs plus Rhubarb pie for dessert.
