If you’re on a budget and have the patience to sift through hundreds of racks, shelves and piles of kids’ and adults’ clothes, then thrifting at Lucky Plaza is your best bet for finding affordable winter clothes in Singapore. Start at Level 6 and then work your way towards Level 1 – there are at least four different thrifting stores on each level, and you’ll be elbow deep in bargains. In fact, we found two down winter jackets in good condition with minimal wear and tear for only $21 in total. If that’s not a steal, we don’t know what is!

Salvation Army: cheap preloved winter wear

Salvation Army is another great place if you’re in the mood to thrift for winter clothes in Singapore. In addition to assorted winter wear, you can also find travel accessories and luggage. Note that their stores are closed on Sundays, just in case you were thinking of heading over on a weekend.
