Leeu SG offers handmade artisanal ice cream in small batches. The “Esplanade is an ice cream tart consisting of buttercream icing, a biscuit base, and an ice cream center made with fresh D24 durian. While the other patriotic highlight is The Merlion ice popsicle ($4.80) — a red-and-white cold treat shaped in as the Merlion and in decked out in our national colours. It’s made with strawberry and vanilla and tastes like strawberry cheesecake .
