Japanese & Asian restaurant by Greenwood Fish Market opens on Sentosa at Quayside Isle, right next to Greenwood Fish Market. It also comprises a Gin & Sake bar looking out to stunning marina views. Both restaurants are helmed by Alan Lee, half of the father-son duo who manages the restaurant’s operations. On the menu: Russian King Crab Legs steamed in Egg Whites, Boston Lobster Chee Cheong and Crispy Blue Swimmer Crab Fried Rice. For sushi lovers, Japanese-trained sushi chefs serve up Omakase sashimi, sushi and makis.
