Their signature “Moon Treatments” are at the top of our must-do list and include a scrub, massage, wrap and facial that are designed to reflect the varying energies of the lunar cycle. With locations scattered across the island, and a whole host of aromatherapy-based body and foot massages available for stressed out mamas, this no-frills spa is a great place to drop past for a quick treatment.

Using ancient Chinese acupressure techniques, trained therapists work out all those kinks (yes, please!) or if you prefer something a little more indulgent, opt for one of their gentle facials – acupressure is used to relax and tone the face… and help combat those tired eyes too!

We couldn’t! This inner-city spa is perfect for working mamas needing a bit of peace and quiet after work, and offers the usual mix of facials, massages and body scrubs.
