The American Club: 6-month Memberships Available till 16 Feb!

Every family’s got their favourite haunts: that Sunday brunch restaurant, the little market on the corner, that café that’s like a second home where you can relax with the littles. If you haven’t quite found the last one, the very Sassy Mama-approved The American Club is absolutely worth checking out, mama.

With a couple of fans in our own office (two Sassy Mamas are actually members!), we can attest to the amazing family-friendly facilities and lovely community that make up the fabric of this home away from home conveniently located just off Orchard.

Whether you’ve newly arrived from the States and want something familiar, or you’re just looking for a great place to hang with the fam on the weekends, there’s something for every clan!

For restless tots, there are tonnes of fun weekly classes including swimming, dance and martial arts, and what’s more, they can skip on over to the Youth Zone with friends afterwards for a spot of bowling or gaming.

Even the most skeptical teenager will be happy in the Teens’ Room while mamas and papas sneak off for a spot of pampering at the spa or to break a sweat at the great fitness facility (including a gym, group classes, swimming, squash, tennis AND personal training – oh my!). And if you’re a mamapreneur, head over to the adults-only Business Center to work while the club’s experienced staff keeps a watchful eye on the bubs.

You’ll also be able to get your fill at the great restaurants serving some of the best American food in Singapore (their fish tacos are legit!). Vino lovers will rejoice at the selection of 700 labels of wines available at the Club’s wine shop, plus frequent wine dinners and wine fairs organised throughout the year.

Be part of a close-knit community that really knows how to have fun. The Club throws two big themed parties each year – spectacular events where everyone dresses up and parties all night to music from live bands while feasting on a delicious spread of food, beer and wines.

For a very limited time, The American Club is offering 6-month “try before you buy” memberships for American and Canadian nationals. Make sure to get your application in before February 16!
