This homegrown food tech company is transforming the world of carbs with their revolutionary UPGRAIN lo-carb, hi-fibre flour without compromising on taste. Current carb offerings at the supermarket tend to be high in carbs, but low in fibre. UPGRAIN does the opposite, offering products that have the familiar taste and deliciousness we love in refined wheat-based food, but with only half the carbs and six times more fibre than conventional products. Made with 100% natural ingredients, and no preservatives or nasties either. UPGRAIN’s carbs are a great way to get nutrient-rich gut-friendly fibre in your and your kids’ diets (especially if you’re not a fan of wholegrain!) because it’s all made without the ‘high-fibre’ cardboard taste! Choose from a variety of yummy breads, like their popular brioche for a tasty French toast or their best-selling pita for when you’re in a Mediterranean mood, to a delicious assortment of buns. UPGRAIN’s Asian noodles include ramen, mee pok, mee kia and wanton noodles – perfect pantry ingredients for when you’re in the mood for noodz! Want to see their products in person? UPGRAIN will be at Takashimaya B2 Food Hall from 18 July – 2 August 2022 (adjacent to Cold Storage)!
