DCG sleep

What are your views on co-sleeping? My baby loves it (as do I!) but I’m worried about getting into bad habits.

Co-sleeping is perfectly fine as long as safe sleep guidelines are followed. It’s a personal choice that both parents must be in agreement with, and also be sure that if you are sharing a bed with your baby that you all get a good night’s sleep!

Co-sleeping can sometimes cause issues around napping – as your baby is used to sleeping with you at night, they expect company during daytime sleeps too. Be sure to take this into consideration.
