GEMS World Academy Weekly Open House
GEMS World Academy (Singapore) offers pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 programmes, with engagement across Academics, Arts and Sports. Come along to their Tuesday or Saturday Open Houses to find out more about GWA’s core values, curriculum, and extracurricular activities. It’s a great opportunity to meet with their Education Leadership Team and take a guided tour of their lovely campus.

SSO Gala: Gustavo Dudamel & Renaud Capuçon
The phenomenal Gustavo Dudamel, poster boy of Venezuela’s El Sistema music programme, marks his Singapore debut conducting Dvořák’s famous New World Symphony. He is joined by old friend of the SSO, Renaud Capuçon, for Alban Berg’s Violin Concerto, a piece dedicated to the memory of an angel. Join the pre-concert Talk at 6:30pm at library@esplanade for further understanding of the full experience.

Happy Birthday, Bowie by The Projector
This day 70 years ago, a Stardust was born. His name was Ziggy and he taught us how to jiggy. He had a lightning across his face and put us all in place. Gather at The Projector to catch a very special one-time screening of Labyrinth to commemorate David Bowie’s birthday! Expect limited vinyl specials by The Analog Vault, Bowie-inspired artworks by Kristal Melson and more. Come dressed up in your Bowie Best and j-j-join us!

POP UP YOGA: Botanic Gardens
For the love of health and wellness, Pop Up Yoga is an approach to give people more opportunities to explore this beautiful practice.
