It’s a well known fact that we are huge fans of Tiong Bahru Bakery – in particular their legendary croissants – here at Sassy Mama HQ. The croissants – light, flaky, buttery, moist – are good enough on their own, but these aren’t just croissants cut in half with stuff in the middle. Oh no, these croissants have gourmet ingredients baked into them. From xiao long bao to ramen, they’ve managed to put their spin on some of our favourite lunch dishes – all in handy little bite size noshables. Their other sweet-tooth options will be a hit with the kids too!
