Miss Vanda: Casual Dining with Gourmet Ingredients at Esplanade
Miss Vanda is the latest venture by Michelin-Starred Labyrinth’s chef-owner LG Han. Miss Vanda, named for Singapore’s national flower, is more of a casual dining offering up pretty upmarket renditions of street food dishes. It’s all in the gourmet ingredients here –wagyu, truffle and lobster elevate favourite classic dishes to something new and exciting. Try the Laksa with Premium Seafood ($28), Wagyu Beef Rendang with Buah Keluak ($28), and Hainanese sweet-and-sour Sakura pork tomahawk ($28), while fried rice goes upmarket with truffled beef fat ($48).
