CouCou: Swiss restaurant

Swiss Coucou joins the Duxton Hill crowd. The team that previously led the defunct Senso Ristorante & Bar are now cooking up Swiss classics at Coucou from a selection of different Rösti from $24 (often on their simple two-course $20 set lunch menu), to Trout Tartare with Dill and Sour Cream ($30), Swiss cold cuts and cheeses, and Beef Tartare with Swiss Sbrinz Cheese ($30)! Pop in for their Après-Ski tipples and stay for cheesy raclette.
