The Whale Tea, a well-known brand from Nanjing, China, brings its unique drinks and desserts to our shores. This includes a Volcanic Lava Tea (from $4.50) made with collagen-rich peach gum, and an electric blue coloured drink called Blue Crystal Milk ($3.80) surely made with Instagram in mind (the blue colour is said to be from superfood spirulina).
