It’s a new year, and we’re on a mission at Sassy Mama HQ to take better care of ourselves, and improve our health and wellness in 2014 (because after all we’ve got active rug-rats to keep up with!). That’s why we’re turning to Donna O’Shea Fitness to whip us into shape when we feel more flab than fab!
Enabling busy mamas to carve out time for their own fitness, the high-energy (and super lovely!) Donna O’Shea is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates Instructor, with a special interest in pre and postnatal exercise. This former lawyer turned health and fitness warrior shares her passion for wellness through motivating, engaging and most of all, friendly training sessions that really get results!
Designed to make training more accessible for time-poor women (that’s us!), all of Donna’s one-on-one private sessions are held in your location of choice – so whether you choose to train in a condo gym, take a run around the local park, or want to do your push ups by the playground, Donna will be there to (helpfully) push you along. Mamas will benefit from her experience in sports and weight loss nutrition, and her ability to create effective and enjoyable training sessions (in fact, before you get started, Donna will meet you for a coffee and a chat to make sure she creates the perfect programme just for you!).
With a wealth of experience under her belt, Donna is well versed in all areas of total body training. So whether you’re looking to improve strength, lose that post-baby weight, or get your stomach muscles back after bubs, Donna will get you into shape in no time.

Held on Tuesday mornings from 10am, at Dance on Us Studios (8 Claymore Hill), classes will tone and improve posture and are a total bargain at only $25 a session!
