Sassy Scoop: Holiday Camps and January Enrollment at The Garden House

We’ve already introduced you to the eco-friendly nursery school, The Garden House Preschool (thanks to everyone who came to our last mama meetup!) where little ones play, explore and get their hands dirty. And now that the end of the year is fast approaching, it’s the perfect time to secure your wee one’s place at Garden House for January 2014!

Garden House’s child-initiated curriculum encourages little ones to learn through hands-on and creative activities, where kids spend loads of time outdoors playing with natural materials and digging in the school’s garden. With classrooms that are brimming with fun and engaging learning materials and that lead into the garden, little learners are positively encouraged to get messy in the school’s herb and vegetable patch!

All that time spent breathing fresh air and helping in the garden leads to hungry little bellies, and Garden House ensure kids are well nourished with only healthy and organic meals served to all the kiddies — prepared fresh on-site daily by the school’s own chef. Impressive we know!

With a teacher to child ratio of 1 to 4 and a strong home-school connection, families are welcomed into the school’s community and regularly updated on their child’s progress at school. Friendly teachers are more than happy to work with parents to transition children into preschool, and are always available to answer any questions.

And if that wasn’t quite enough, Garden House will keep your little ones busy during the upcoming school holidays with their special three and five-day holiday programmes running from 18 November to 13 December 2013. The perfect way to introduce little learners to the school’s environment, children will have a ball exploring in the garden and getting busy with creative art experiences.

Registrations are now open (for both preschool and the holiday camps) for children aged 18 months to 5 years with flexible, family-friendly options available.
