About The Speakers

Dr Tsin Uin Foong  - Osler

Dr. Tsin Uin Foong (MBBS (London, UK), MRCGP (UK), Dip Pract Derm (UK) – Dr. Foong has been working within the international community for over 7 years having returned from UK. Dr. Foong delivers a holistic style approach to family practice – in particular looking after children from newborns upwards, and also in the field of women’s health. Dr. Foong is based at Osler Health Raffles Hotel Arcade clinic.

 

Natalie Spencer Registered Nurse/Midwife, Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) – Natalie is a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, and IBCLC Lactation Consultant from America and Australia. She considers herself a “Third Culture Kid” having grown up moving around, but her passport country is the USA. She has worked as a Registered Nurse in both the USA and Australia and as a Registered Midwife in Australia. She has work experience across the full spectrum of the maternity care setting and in the neonatal intensive care unit. Natalie and her husband moved to Singapore at the start of 2019 for fun! Both of them found new jobs in Singapore just before their arrival. Natalie worked at Thomson Medical Centre as a Lactation Consultant prior to joining Mother & Child at the start of 2020. Natalie gave birth during circuit breaker last year, and now has first hand experience not only as a professional but now as a consumer of what it really means to have a baby in Singapore!
