What are you organising for your kids during their upcoming school holidays? With travel looking unlikely for many families, there’s even more demand for good quality holiday camps to keep the kids entertained, having fun and socialising with new friends! Newton Show Camp organises a series of different 5-day holiday camps in science, robotics, art, cooking, drama and more for kids of all ages. Camps take place in groups of five same-aged kids. Some camps are full-day while other camps offer a morning session and an afternoon session (or your child can do both and stay for lunch which is provided). Each camp is designed so that there are no repeats and your child will have fun exploring new concepts, learning new skills, making new friends and above all having lots of fun! With all Newton Show holiday camps, parents will get a video sent to them each day so you can see what your little ones are up to and this gives you a great way to talk about your child’s experience and ask questions! 1. Science Holiday Camp: Newton Show
Fizz, bang, kapow! Who wants to see some experiments in action? Your kids will have lots of educational fun at Newton Show’s ‘real world’ science camps full of hands-on activities, engaging workshops and fun science talks to keep kids entertained (and yes, they’ll pick up some science facts too!) There are lots of different science camps to choose from Harry Potter science school, to Chemical Chaos and Science Academy!
Age range: 3 to 12 years old

2. Making & Robotics Holiday Camp: Maker.sg
Does your child love to invent and create? The Maker.sg Camp is all about creativity, logic, problem-solving, and making. Kids might get the chance to create their own traffic lights and globe, make a solar-powered tram and create their own light-up card or musical box! A great hands-on camp for boys and girls who are keen to be innovators! Plus they’ll get to take home many of their cool creations.

3. Cooking Camp: Tomato Cooking School
Aspiring chefs can learn important skills in the kitchen with Tomato Cooking School. Kids get to cook different dishes at each session (so if your child does both sessions in the full day’s camp they will learn new dishes each time)! Over Christmas, little chefs will travel around the world through global cuisine cooking dishes from Italy, USA, UK, Russia and India. Think roast turkey with cranberry sauce and red velvet cupcakes one day, the next lasagna and Christmas cookies. The school is professionally equipped with each student allocated their own cooking station, utensils and ingredients. Each child cooks independently, under the guidance of experienced chefs, and kids always get to take home their delicious creations!
Age range: 6 to 14 years old.

4. Art Holiday Camp: Visualize.sg
Little artists will love the exposure to lots of exciting art experiences at this art holiday camp led by a highly experienced art director. Visualize takes art and design to a different level, giving kids access to the latest available materials and techniques. Kids will learn different drawing techniques, sculpture, tessellation, posters, portrait, collage, resin work, graphite, clay modelling, plastering, colourful sand work and much more.

5. Drama Holiday Camp: DRAMA Lama
DRAMA Lama is a drama-based holiday camp led by experienced drama teachers who have previously staged productions for kids in China, India, and Eastern Europe. Each holiday season they offer a 5-day course which culminates in a stage production performed by all the students! Look out for a new production called ‘’Brian the Christmas tree’’.
