Join us for a weekend of learning to #LiveMoreConsciously through Food, Fun, Shopping and Expert Talks
Whether you’re interested in bringing more mindfulness and green living into your life, mama, or your marriage could use a bit of a spark, check out the upcoming Green Is the New Black x SPARK festival happening on 12-13 May on Sentosa. Best of all, entry is totally free!
Started last year, GINTB is a “conscious festival” for people who want to improve the way they think, work and consume while also doing more good in the world. With everything from delicious, wholesome food to shopping over 70 local, mindful brands, this is a place where fun and social environmental responsibility go hand in hand. This is a festival unlike any other in Singapore, mama!
Adding to that vibe this year is a co-branding partnership with SPARK, Asia’s first festival that celebrates love, intimacy and relationships. Together, GITNB x SPARK creates a truly holistic experience to help visitors live fully with the wellbeing of the world, others and self in mind. The festival is very much about the pursuit of happiness and making meaningful connections – who could ask for more?
The festival will feature two stages with prominent speakers to go with two distinct marketplaces (one for GITNB and one for SPARK). GITNB’s talks on Saturday, 13 May will bring together over two dozen thought leaders from across Asia and beyond, sharing their insights on three “tracks”: Mind (“Living and Leading Consciously”), Earth (“There is no Planet B”) and Ethics ( “Shaping a Sustainable Future for Fashion”).
SPARK’s “Konversations”, meanwhile, will bring together sexperts from all over the region to cover topics relating to love, intimacy, and relationship well-being. The three tracks here are “Self-Love”, “Relationship” and “Pioneers: Shaping the Future of Intimacy”. Whether you go on your own or bring hubby along, there’s lots to be learned here, mama!
Other highlights of the festival will include Meet the Makers – an amazing opportunity to interact with artisans from around Asia working towards preservation of their craft with eco-friendly, sustainable products and techniques – along with live music and entertainment, and some seriously delicious eats from top local food and wine purveyors.
What’s more, you can start the day on the right track with GINTB’s “Wellness Morning” – a custom class by wellness expert Liv Lo combining HIIT and Yoga, followed by guided meditation from The Wellness Report. Tickets are $25; click here to register, mama!
Here’s a chance to recharge your mind, body, soul… and sex life. If that doesn’t sound like a cracking weekend, we don’t know what does!
