Scorpions – 50th Anniversary Tour – Live in Singapore

The Scorpions are back on stage for their milestone show! Don’t miss their career-spanning setlist of hits, anthems, ballads and vintage classics. Celebrated across the globe, the iconic rock act have sold more than 100 million albums worldwide, and have received multiple honours including World Music Awards, their Star on the Hollywood Rock Walk, and Echo honours. Expect to hear their top hits from the 80s, including “Rock You Like a Hurricane,” “No One Like You” and more.

Women in Photography Exhibition

In the 2nd edition of Women in Photography, documentary works by 18 women photographers take centre stage. Originating from countries ranging from Egypt to the Philippines, Jordan to Singapore, many of these photographers have overcome or worked in difficult circumstances to document the lives of the disenfranchised and marginalised by creating unique and powerful visual narratives. From works that reveal intimate domestic struggles, to observations of communities, to universal stories of humanity and empathy, these stories reflect the diversity and complexity of the issues and themes explored by women photographers in recent years.

Singapore Wine Fiesta 2016

Get your fill of mama juice – Singapore’s most highly anticipated wine event is back! The Straits Wine Company proudly presents Singapore’s largest outdoor wine festival for your chance to sample hundreds of wines from around the world, and meet the winemakers and vineyard owners in person to learn about their production processes and characteristics of the wines. Indulge in great food, meet fellow wine lovers, and find your new favourite drink at this fun-filled festival!

If you’re a dance aficionado or like to think you’re an absolute killer on the dance floor (don’t we all?), get your kiddos loving dance from a young age at da:ns Festival, mama! With free activities like Melissa, Shall We Dance? and the Mini da:ns Arcade, it’s the perfect opportunity to expose the littles to the world of dance while mamas and papas head for the local and international dance acts.

Wonder Full Light Show

Every night, the Event Plaza at Promenade is packed with spectators waiting for the Wonder Full light show to commence for the next 13 minutes. A show merging the use of light, music and sound, it tells the tale of the journey of life by masterfully combining both electric lights and laser effects. If you’re in the area this weekend mama, check out the showpiece of visual effects by the waterfront as a break after some retail therapy.
