16 January – 6 March 2021
Tues to Sat: 11am – 7pm; Sun: 11am – 6pm
Explore Yayoi Kusama’s latest solo exhibition at Ota Fine Arts – her first in Singapore since her 2017 showcase at the National Gallery. You won’t find Kusama’s regular vibrant colours here. Instead, expect a series of monochrome paintings, each featuring motifs such as dots, nets, faces, faces and other shapes. There are 15 paintings on display, selected from Kusama’s My Eternal Soul 2019-2020 series and CLOUDS, which is a sculpture installation made from pieces of mirror-finished, stainless steel forms. Thinking of social distancing? Check out Ota Fine Arts’ online viewing room instead to explore the exhibition virtually.
