4pm – 5pm

Stories have a huge impact on us.

It helps us learn, discover, navigate and understand the complexities and mysteries of life. As parents, we are the first people to introduce the power of stories to our children, so the importance of creating a bedtime story ritual helps to open our children’s eyes to the wonder of stories.

Come join Storyteller and Voice Coach Petrina Kow on Thursday, 28 May at 4pm via Zoom as she teaches you the power of using your voice to bring the words and characters to life. Transform your bedtime story routine and make it a nightly ritual that both you and your children will look forward to!

This session is part of Playeum’s Kampung Konversations series. Kampung Konversations are kasual, komfy, kommunal chats that take place every Thursday at 4pm. These chats are meant for adults to squeeze in some me-time in the midst of their day to get connected with art or meaningful sharing by others. Some weeks we have Kraft & Konversations where we do a craft activity at home (yes, adults need artful play time too!) while chatting about different topics casually, and some weeks we have sharing sessions where we invite experts to share tips and ideas to make the most out of the changes we face!
