Chef Seoh makes his own white sourdough for like the Pulled Pork Sandwich ($17.50) or the Jamon Iberico Grilled Cheese ($16.50) a much-recommended dish of thick slabs of toast encompassing grilled cheese, tomato relish and jamon iberico, topped with a fried egg.
